Rake screens are applied for separating solids from process water or wastewater.
Send us a few words about your project, and we will contact you.
The water passes through a filtering grid made of bars, the solid parts are collected and conveyed by special cleaning combs to the top of the screen. The particular shaping of the bars allows expulsion of the solids and accurate cleaning of the combs. The rake screen solves the problem of separating solids from liquids in a reinforced concrete channel or in a dedicated stainless steel housing.
Captures the coarse solids from the underground sewer, transports them out of the water and deposits the compacted solids above ground.
Detects the water level before and after the screen.
The screen will be placed directly after a drop in the gutter floor. The teeth of the screen can pick up solids more easily thus preventing material from building up before the screen.
Stainless steel teeth can carry heavy material without breaking
Removes the bulk of the coarse solids from the water quickly.
Curved screens are applied for separating solids from process and wastewater.
Removes particles that could damage or block downstream equipment.
