A windshifter separates an incoming flow of waste in heavy and light fractions, by means of an air flow. Windshifters can be extended to 2 or more stages (compare to 2 or more windshifters in line) which is called a 3D windshifter.

A magnet is used to extract iron parts in a solid waste flow. The magnet can be static, or it can be combined with a belt, to lead iron parts automatically to a container. A static magnet is only used for small amounts of iron, or to protect equipment further down a sorting line.

Sorting cabins are used to separate different fractions like wood, ferrous, non-ferrous and plastics manually. It consists of picking belts and drop hoppers.

Aggregates often contain clays and fine particles. Cleaned aggregates can be reused in concrete. You can clean these aggregates with the drum washer.

All our conveyor belts are designed in a similar way. Where needed an impact section is implemented to reduce forces and increase the life expectancy.

A sorting line or waste treatment process is (automatically) controlled from an electrical panel with PLC controls and sometimes with HMI (touch screen), that responds to switches & sensors in the process. There is an option of connecting this to a visualization or SCADA system.
