Colubris Cleantech has its own modern factory. Our production consists of the Warehouse, Pre-processing, Welding, Spray shop, Assembly and Electro-assembly departments. We guarantee tailor-made advice and a project which will be delivered according to the highest quality standards.
Our quality assurance is guaranteed by certification and by lean production, the high level of automation of the production process and project-based approach, costs are minimized. In short: our customers benefit from modern techniques and assure themselves of the highest possible quality.
Qualified employees, modern equipment and high-quality materials guarantee that your project is delivered according to the highest quality standards. We have a quality management system NEN-EN-ISO 9001-2008 and an environmental management system NEN-EN-ISO 14001-2004, both of which meet internationally established standards. We are also VCA ** certified.
The Warehouse checks the materials when they arrive and registers them. After checking, the warehouse stores the materials and makes them timely available for production, based on the planning. Our warehouse uses an automated Kardex shuttle system.
In the Pre-Processing, sheet steel and profile steel are processed by, among other things, laser cutting, clipping, punching, notching, bending, sawing and plasma cutting.
Our welding department consists of a group of motivated and specialized employees. These welders have experience in machining both large and small machine parts. They have skills in various welding methods, including MIG / MAG and TIG (argon). In the modern and well equipped welding department, both the ferrous and non-ferrous metals are smoothly assembled and finished. Depending on the welding process, a product is or is not post-processed (grinding, sanding, pickling and passivation, spray painting). The black steel and stainless steel are separated from each other in different halls.
In our own Spray Shop the units are spray painted in colour using durable coatings. The machines for wastewater treatment are made of stainless steel.
In our Assembly the machines and equipment are assembled and as far as practicable, thoroughly tested before they leave the factory. All of this is done in our own workshop by specialized and experienced professionals, so that the work at your site does not suffer any unnecessary delay. The assembly also takes care of packaging and shipping of the materials and machines according to (customer) specifications.
Electro Assembly builds and tests the electrical and electronical control units of the machines. Here, the most advanced electrical control panels are developed and built, and delivered including the programming. They also take care of the wiring of installations.
The installation and startup of the installation can be done, at the customer’s choice, by us under our supervision, or entirely by the customer. After installation and startup, we provide training for the operating and maintenance personnel.
If everything works properly, the project will be handed over to our Service department.
