Technical details of the reversed osmosis
Self-cleaning
The filter consists of two main components: de filter drum and the rotor. The filter drum consists of rings which are mounted at increasingly small distances of each other by which in the larger gaps in the beginning more water can be discharged. In the smaller gaps at the end more pressure is built up.
The rotor consists of a shaft with eccentrically placed rings by which chambers develop of which the volume changes when the shaft rotates. This creates a changing pressure build-up in the press and channelling is prevented for a better and more efficient discharge of water.
Reduction of your sludge discharge costs
It removes most of the free water resulting in substantial savings in running cost (and sometimes investment.
Low maintenance
Only a few moving parts. Developed for heavy industrial use.
Improved dewatering
The press is equipped with an eccentric rotating coil that pressurizes the sludge.
