By moving through several bends and curves lateral forces are introduced that crack the sludge cake creating pathways for water to leave the sludge more efficiently.

Automatic cleaning

The belts are cleaned by high pressure water making them ready to process fresh sludge.

Required water for cleaning

Can be regular tap water or more economically with filtered effluent water.
