Description

We have developed a range of efficient separators to remove fast settling materials, like sand, from water. Based on the difference in specific gravity between the water and the settling materials, predictable and maximum separation efficiencies are achieved.

Technical details of our sediment separators

Shaftless conveyor

A shaftless screw conveyor or scraper system is installed at an ideal angle, transports the separated materials to the discharge point above water level. During transport, water flows back into the main compartment resulting in a relatively dry product. Depending the required quality, the purified water can be reused.

AISI 304

The separator is standard manufactured from AISI 304.
