Big bag feeder for flocculant powder

Removes one of the hardest routine manual labor tasks in wastewater treatment, the almost daily task of filling polymer preparation units with bags of polymer powder. This task is replaced by using a forklift truck to install a big bag of polymer once every few weeks.

Features an active emptying system, based on vibration
The bottom of the big bag frame is equipped with an unbalanced vibrating motor with a controlled frequency that is activated once the level sensor in the funnel does not detects the presence of the flocculant granules.
