The GPL flotation units are robustly built and characterized by a large free surface. The design of the units quarantees sufficient retention time for separation and dewatering of the sludge, even for highly polluted wastewater.
In the GPL unit suspended solids, fats, oils, non-dissolved constituents and settling materials are removed from the water. The design of the GPL series is based on the elimination of hydraulic disturbances, resulting in a steady and laminar flow in the entire unit.
The GPL units are equipped with a very effective micro aeration system. This results in the most efficient
separation process, outperforming even larger, more expensive contemporary systems.
