Description
The KCF flotation units are robustly built and very compact, designed for treating large water flows.
They remove suspended solids and other (flocculated) materials in a very effective way.
The plate packs allow a large separation surface inside the unit resulting in an optimal separation efficiency. Sand and other settling materials are removed by a stainless steel sediment auger installed over the entire base of the unit.
The entire design of the KCF series is furthermore based on avoiding hydraulic disturbances, obtaining a steady and laminar flow in the entire unit. The units are equipped with a highly efficient micro aeration system. This results in the most efficient separation process, outperforming larger conventionally systems.
