Description

Our skid mounted DAF plants - WWL020 SKID is fully equipped with chemical dosing and completely automated. The WWL020 SKID pilot unit is designed for a nominal capacity of  20  m3/h, the actual capacity depends on the pollution load of the wastewater. This WWL020 skid can be use a physical chemical pre-treatment or as FBR (Flotation Bio Reactor) to separate sludge from water. The poly preparation unit can be feed with liquid or powder poly to prepare the poly solution. The whole process can be monitored and data can be logged remotely, with Smart Monitoring.
 
The SmartDose pilot unit can be connected to this also a sediment separator can be connected to this pilot unit. For screening of the waste water a rotary screen type RRF of curved screen SZ is available.

Technical details of the WWL020 SKID

Fully mounted on a support frame with the following main components:

  • Flocculation unit
  • Flotation unit
  • Flocculant preparation unit
  • Electric control cabinet. 

Plug & play principle due to the following additional components:

  • External feed pump
  • Flow measurement
  • Automatic ph measurement & control including a dosing pump and neutralizer agents
  • Coagulant dosing pump
  • Compressor. 

All system parts are piped and wired, so ready for operation. 

Piping/Hoses between the components for the Pilot Skid are included! The system is supplied with additional hoses and standard couplings for on-site connection. The following hoses are supplied:

  • 1 x 6 m hose for wastewater inlet
  • 1 x 5 m hose for wastewater effluent
  • 1 x 5 m hose for sediment draining
  • 1 x 5 m hose for sludge removal
