Motor endurance optimization

Frequency controllers and soft starters gently ramp up/down power feeding the motors resulting in a smoother acceleration and deceleration, minimizing mechanical stress, extending the life expectancy of the motor.
Motors exceeding 15 kW/20 HP are controlled by soft starters.

Peak power limitation

Frequency controllers and soft starters limit power surges; hence aiding in the prevention of black-outs and peak power surcharges by your power supplier.

User-friendly

The electrical control panel is equipped with a PLC and an HMI (human-machine interface) with a full-color touch panel screen.

Integration into an (existing) SCADA system is available at an extra price.

Human Machine Interface/Touch panel screen

The process will be visualised on a full-colour touch panel screen (HMI) depending of the flow diagram and has an clear layout. All data measured by flow meters/data transmitters is depicted at the appropriate place.
Components can be operated by intuitive pop-ups from our thoroughly tested and proven software library.

Mirroring screens (VNC)

The HMI can be remotely controlled by using the VNC protocol, by means of a device that is directly connected to the local CPU network e.g. a PC or tablet.

Remote control

You can take over and control the HMI Touchscreen of your installation on a local device in the same physical network* as the CPU/HMI.

In order to achieve this, the ProfiNet machine network of the supplied equipment must be integrated in to the factory-network. The local device has to run a (free) VNC application.
