The components in the sorting process are connected to one or more electrical panels, in which PLC’s are installed to control the process. These PLC’s can be connected to SCADA systems, or systems for remote support & cloud solutions.
A sorting line or waste treatment process is (automatically) controlled from an electrical panel with PLC controls and sometimes with HMI (touch screen), that responds to switches & sensors in the process. There is an option of connecting this to a visualization or SCADA system.
