Vacancy Software Engineer PLC & SCADA

Job content

  • Designing, programming and simulating the PLC, HMI and SCADA software for our processes/machines in accordance with the defined requirements and specifications and the defined budget;
  • EI&A-support to our commissioning staff during the start-up of projects;
  • EI&A-support to the Service Department;
  • Contributing ideas and taking part in areas of improvement and innovation within the department.
 

What is expected of you?  

  • At least HBO (higher professional) level of education in working and thinking acquired through education and/or experience;
  • Programming skills of Siemens TIA Portal & WinCC;
  • Good verbal and written command of Dutch, English; German is a preference;
  • In-depth understanding of how our machines and processes work;
  • That you enjoy an occasional visit to worldwide projects/clients;
  • Core skills: Customer-oriented, team player, dedicated, flexible, accurate.
 

In addition, we prefer if you

  • Possess a basic Safety Certificate for Contractors (SCC);
  • Have knowledge of IT and industrial networks;
  • Have experience in process automation.
