Let’s make more value from waste
Waste is a raw material. Of course, you already know this because our waste flows are packed with valuable materials. If these materials are re-used, fewer raw materials are needed and less waste is sent to the incinerator or to landfill. The more effectively these materials are sorted, the higher their re-use value and the higher your efficiency.
Since the mid-Nineties, we have been developing, producing and installing complete sorting lines for a variety of waste flows. Our sorting lines distil these waste flows so materials are given a second life; such materials include various types of plastics, metal, wood, paper, sand and stone. Our experience ensures we always develop the smartest and most efficient sorting lines. This eventually results in an extremely high percentage of processed waste being re-used. In some case, this can even exceed 95%!
Almost all effective waste sorting lines require a tailor-made approach. The first step involves thoroughly analysing the waste flows, e.g. by inventorying volumes.
Your whole waste sorting line will be produced, assembled and tested in our own production facilities.
We develop, produce and install complete sorting lines for a variety of waste flows, such as industrial, household, construction and demolition waste, as well as recyclable products and compost.
No matter how hard you try to sort your waste, residual waste is always left over. When waste incineration is combined with energy generation (also referred to as waste-to-energy), residual waste can be put to good use as a source of energy.
