Hessing has commissioned Europe's most sustainable FreshFactory. Equipped with 12,000 solar panels, no gas connection and the fruit and vegetable waste is transported via a 2,000-metre-long Colubris flume system to the recycling center, where the rinse water is purified for reuse.
